Morris Homes were transforming a truly magnificent Grade ll listed printwork factory in South Manchester into an exclusive development of one and two bedroom apartments, each with their own unique style and layout.
The Linotype & Machinery building is an important part of Manchester’s rich industrial heritage. Despite extensive renovation and modernisation, many of its stunning architectural features were retained and incorporated into the new development.
We designed and built a pre and post-launch web experience. Using paid social, Morris Homes promoted this prestigious development by directing traffic to a landing page, initially to gauge interest and then enable the sales team to follow-up on leads.
The webpage also hosted video and 3D rendered models of the apartments to get people excited, and capture the scale, ambition and craftsmanship of the transformation.
